1. Eligibility and Registration

1.1 To register an account with kg9bet, you must be at least 21 years of age. By completing registration, you confirm that you are of legal age and that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

1.2 You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts on kg9bet.

1.3 Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not eligible to register. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

1.4 kg9bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

1.5 Only one account per person, household, device, IP address, and payment method is permitted. kg9bet employs automated and manual checks to identify duplicate registrations. Breach of this rule will result in closure of all associated accounts.

2. Account Management

2.1 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you personally authorised it. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

2.2 kg9bet may suspend or close an account at any time where we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

2.3 You may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements and after any applicable bonus wagering obligations have been assessed.

2.4 Inactive accounts — accounts with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100, deducted from the account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

2.5 You must promptly notify kg9bet if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. kg9bet will investigate and take appropriate action, but cannot guarantee recovery of funds already transacted.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

3.1 kg9bet accepts deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other payment methods listed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. Accepted methods may change without prior notice.

3.2 All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the account placed under review.

3.3 The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced due diligence may be applied to large or unusual deposits.

3.4 Deposits are credited to your kg9bet account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. kg9bet is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or technical issues.

3.5 kg9bet does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees imposed by your payment provider.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within fifteen minutes during standard operating hours, though processing times may vary.

4.2 Before a withdrawal can be processed, you may be required to complete identity verification (KYC). This may include submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document and proof of the payment method used for deposits.

4.3 kg9bet reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or an unresolved dispute. You will be notified where a delay is applied.

4.4 Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Attempting to withdraw funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the cancellation of the active bonus and any associated winnings.

4.5 In the event that a deposit has not been wagered at least once prior to a withdrawal request, kg9bet reserves the right to deduct any transaction fees incurred in processing the original deposit from the withdrawal amount.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 kg9bet offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and VIP programme benefits from time to time. All bonuses are subject to individual terms stated at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.2 Unless stated otherwise, bonuses carry a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Specific promotions may carry different wagering requirements, which will be stated explicitly in the offer terms.

5.3 Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time. Accepting a new bonus while another is active will result in the forfeiture of the previous bonus and any wagering progress made against it.

5.4 Bonuses are awarded for genuine recreational play only. kg9bet actively monitors bonus usage and reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where it determines that a player has exploited a promotion in bad faith, including through low-risk or hedge betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine engagement.

5.5 kg9bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already accepted and in progress.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 All bets placed on kg9bet are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the details of your bet — including selection, stake, odds, and market — before confirming placement. kg9bet will not reverse confirmed bets due to player error.

6.2 In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise voided after bets have been placed, kg9bet will settle affected bets in accordance with the applicable sports betting rules for that market. Stakes on voided bets are typically returned to the player's account balance.

6.3 kg9bet reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error or pricing mistake. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.

6.4 The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial assistance to place bets or play casino games is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be using such tools will be suspended immediately and all balances forfeited.

6.5 All casino games on kg9bet use certified random number generators (RNGs) to determine game outcomes. The Platform does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of or against any individual player. Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are provided in each game's information panel.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 kg9bet is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. We provide all players with access to responsible gaming tools including daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits, session time alerts, cool-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

7.2 Players who wish to self-exclude from kg9bet may do so by contacting [email protected] or by activating the self-exclusion feature within their account settings. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and may not be reversed for the duration of the chosen exclusion period.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kg9bet and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Registering multiple accounts under the same or different identities
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without reporting them
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure
• Engaging in offensive, abusive, or threatening behaviour toward kg9bet staff or other players
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access your account

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on kg9bet, including but not limited to software, game assets, text, graphics, logos, and interface design, is the intellectual property of kg9bet or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission.

9.2 The kg9bet name, brand, and logo are proprietary marks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 kg9bet is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur from time to time.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kg9bet's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 kg9bet shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

11. Privacy

11.1 kg9bet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

11.2 You consent to kg9bet processing your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, and the delivery of personalised offers where you have not opted out.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

12.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure may be referred to the relevant competent authority.
